We are currently offering our services in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Chennai and Pune. We provide Inter-city Car Rental, Local 8 Hour travel packages as well as car services to corporate in these cities.

* Why should I book through CarOnRentals?

CarOnRentals is the only solution in the country where you can search for different cab rentals based on their ratings. CarOnRentals lists many cab vendors for our customers to make an informed decision.
We are a marketplace solution where you can compare cab rentals and book them through our website.

* How can I reserve a vehicle?

Just make a call to our office and inquire which vehicle might be available on the day you wanted the car.
WE ACCEPT RESERVATION THRU PHONE AND EMAIL. If you want to reserve a vehicle on weekends and holidays, please make your reservation as early as possible.

* What happens to my money when I pay for my trip?

When CarOnRentals receives money from you either by credit card or transfer, the funds are deposited into a Client Trust Account.
The money stays in this account until the day of departure of your trip.
Why? So that in the unlikely event of CarOnRentals ever going broke, your money is still safe and you would get it back in full.

* How do I book on CarOnRentals?

You can either book online through our mobile responsive website www.caronrentals.com, or may call at +91 88888 077 83.

* How do I pay for the service ?

You can pay an advance or full amount online (generally 15% of the estimated cost) by Net Banking, Debit / Credit card or Wallet and the rest if any you can pay directly to the driver while on the trip.

* Are there any cancellation charges?

We understand that plans do change. There are no charges for cancelling a trip upto 24hours in advance. You may cancel your reservation by logging onto www.caronrentals.com and and cancelling your reservation directly. All bookings cancelled less than 24hours before a pickup shall be subject to a cancellation charge.

* Is the online payment secure?

Yes, the online payment done on Caronrentals.com is completely safe and secure. We have tied up with CCAvenue (India's leading online payment gateway) which uses Verisign certified security infrastructure to ensure that your online payment is completely safe. As a company policy we don't store any card details.

* What if the cab doesn't show up?

In case the vehicle you booked doesn't show up, we will offer you a full refund and also try to arrange an alternate vehicle.

* What if the cab shows up late?

We try our best to ensure our cabs reach our customers on time. But in case of delays, do call us and we will help you out by providing an alternate vehicle at the earliest.

* How much in advance can I book a cab?

You can book upto 30 calendar days in advance of date of departure. Please do enquire with us through our helpline, in case you have any other specific requirements and we will definitely try our best to fit in your request.

* Does CarOnRentals offer services to corporates?

Yes, we offer car rental services to corporate. Please send your corporate queries to [email protected] and we will revert at the earliest.

* Does CarOnRentals offer services to travel agents?

Yes, we offer car rental services to travel agents. Travel agents can register with us to book car rental services for their customers through caronrentals.com Please mail us at [email protected] and we will revert at the earliest.

* What is the lead time I need to provide to get an assured cabs?

Any online booking would require you to make the booking at least 5 hours prior to pick up time. If you need a cab earlier than this then please call through our helpline for booking.
